Pretty sure I have found an alt account of a scammer. But I will not accuse publicly until I have solid proof.

Can I get some staff assistance on this matter?

Thanks.

What makes you think they'd be using the same IP? I think theymos mentioned a while back that he would only release them in very rare circumstances and usually only with a court order or something. You'll have to contact him for this though, but unless it's a serious fraudster or something I doubt he'll release it to you. He could check though.

The only one who have access to the IPs is theymos. Although I wouldn't advise you to contact him about this matter, because he is definitely not going to give out IPs.

Use the Trust system and write him a feedback (if you think he is really him). Staff doesn't moderate scam related matters, it is the buyer's responsibility to check if the specific user is legit and trustworthy.

I don't release IPs except to police, but I can check whether two users are likely to be the same if one of them looks suspicious. PM me the details.

CryptoKilla and DogeBalla

CryptoKilla ran off with 0.4BTC of mine a few weeks back. Dogeballa is a new account that seems to have very similar posting patterns, including buying many Vanilla reloads in the Currency Exchange forum.

I just have a gut feeling it is him. Just wanted to confirm my gut. of course, he could be using a different IP, so this is just a shot in the dark.

Thanks for replying to my thread.

I believe theymos asked you to PM him, and hey you said " I will not accuse publicly until I have solid proof" lol. Tongue
Anyway, sorry to hear your loss and good luck for hunting the scammer.
