How do you get to these numbers, $2000 seems really unlikely. I do believe we will see a pretty big rise again in September, but I do not think it will hit $2000 |

Neh, I think it will probably soar around $1000 start 3rd quartile, and then rise again towards 1500-2000 at the end of the year. But then again, I like to think I'm biased.

If $3000 were such a no-brainer, then you should be doing everything you can to buy up now. Sell your car, your house, go to loan sharks. You will make a six-fold return in the space of a few months.
Trade in your one house now for six houses later in the year. A no-brainer.

Back in January I called $2000-$3000, so sticking with that. Don't think it'll break $3000 this year, although it would be nice. |
