We should make a decentralized collection to fund the next journey to the moon (God knows NASA won't afford it).

The reason is two-fold: 1) To physically plant a Bitcoin flag on the moon, to commemorate the next small step (bitcoin) in human achievement as well as 2) We haven't had guys up there since the late sixties. Also 3) Scientific data collection.

What we will do is we'll create a donor website on which anyone in the world can chip in, however little. And in the event that the price of Bitcoin is metaphorically off to the moon, so will we in real life.

This is the rough skeleton of the project idea.

Unlike traditional banking where clients have only a few account numbers, with Bitcoin people can create an unlimited number of accounts (addresses). This can be used to easily track payments, and it improves anonymity.
