I'm new to the game, so forgive my ignorance. But why would something with such a consistent downward value have so much action?

The /r/dogecoin folks on Reddit are probably cashing out a bunch of DOGE so they can buy some more NASCAR advertising.

Those paint jobs and racing suits aren't cheap!
