I have a transaction that I paid a small transaction fee (.0001) for and its been 11 hours and its still unconfirmed. At first it was up to 60% propagated then later when I checked it feel to 0 and it remains unconfirmed. I've heard offering a bounty may get someone to process the transaction but I have no idea what this even really means or where I would do it... I'm using blockchain and this is a link to my transaction:

https://blockchain.info/tx/eb59c5db7b1b2e40744ca81582edb9c7b2ee4bf31098f0a3b5f4d418e06212da

So I'd seriously be willing to pay whatever is fair if there is a way this can be recovered. (having this wallet on blockchain really limits anything I can do to fix the problem)

Thanks in advanced
(I did read the sticky here so I did read it can take a week but I don't understand how it can go from 60% propagated to 0--any help or advice is appreciated)

No need for a bounty.

That transaction is already confirmed.

It was confirmed 70 blocks ago in block 303349.

Blockchain.info seems to have an error in what they are displaying on their website.

You can check other sites to see, such as:
http://blockr.io/tx/info/eb59c5db7b1b2e40744ca81582edb9c7b2ee4bf31098f0a3b5f4d418e06212da
or
http://blockexplorer.com/tx/eb59c5db7b1b2e40744ca81582edb9c7b2ee4bf31098f0a3b5f4d418e06212da

All you can do is contact support at blockchain.info and let them know that they have an error in how they are reporting that transaction.

First, thank you.

But now I have to ask what happens if I try to spend the funds blockchain is reporting as unconfirmed?

Damm blockchain, is there a way to move my wallet off their site? There were ways but they don't seem to work anymore

Don't know if you can move the wallet or not but you can definitely export your keys and import them into another wallet like Bitcoin QT and Electrum and use your funds.

I already tried that, an every time I do I get an error.
If I download the wallet I get a wallet.aes.json file that electrum wont let me open. If I go to settings and display my private key, when I paste it into electrum I again get an error. I tried using google to figure out how to do it but no luck.
Any help is appreciated.

Go to your blockchain wallet > click on import/export keys > click I understand on the warning > export keys > option paper wallet >print or save to file.

You will get all your addresses with their corresponding keys.

open electrum > click Wallet > Private Keys > Import > Enter Your Password > Enter the private key you generated from above for the address which has your coins.

And electrum will show your balance after it is synced. For safety reasons transfer your funds from that address to your electrum wallet and keep the keys and wallet backup safe.
