How long did the transaction take? It is going on 12 days for me and nothing yet. I've heard people say here on forums that it can take up to 2 weeks, but I'm am starting to get extremely worried here Sad I'm also wondering what on earth would take the mail that long to go from WA to just over the border

It has to go through customs, probably.  Yea, it takes a while...give it some time.

I did a transaction that took a while too. 3 weeks iirc. Btc had appreciated significantly and locked in price was honored.

Companies claiming they got hacked and lost your coins sounds like fraud so perfect it could be called fashionable.  I never believe them.  If I ever experience the misfortune of a real intrusion, I declare I have been honest about the way I have managed the keys in Casascius Coins.  I maintain no ability to recover or reproduce the keys, not even under limitless duress or total intrusion.  Remember that trusting strangers with your coins without any recourse is, as a matter of principle, not a best practice.  Don't keep coins online. Use paper or hardware wallets instead.

Yeah I didn't lock in my price. So I'm pretty unhappy right now. When I mailed the cash out BTC were worth $0.77. Now almost two weeks later. $1.60 and steadily rising.

I hate my life.

I've used them and I think it took something like a week and a half or two weeks, I can't remember exactly.

Yeah, I've run into a little hiccup with Bitcoin4cash myself, but I don't want to talk about it until Madhatter has had a fair chance to resolve it.  Let's just say that at the very least Canada Post is making mail delivery horrendously unpredictable right now.

If you found my post helpful, feel free to send a small tip to 1QGukeKbBQbXHtV6LgkQa977LJ3YHXXW8B

That makes me worried. I just mailed some more cash to him. Sad
