Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Lets get a few awesome new devs and make something beautiful with this one.
crypto doesnt need a ONE developer to make it work.

Good at coding? Build something for TC. Price increases, build more stuff.
Community jumps ion and promotes it properly - everybody happy.

devs mean nothing really, cause they can come and go.

as long as everything is open  sourced, the community can readily take over
