BTC for Ms Access work

So, long story short, I need some reports within access created for work that I don't want to do. I have an excel file with what the reports should look like and an access file with the data. Basically the system is a "login" computer where college students input their ID and select a course and reason for visiting, then they "submit" and a record is created with the user ID, course name, course professor, and reason for visiting. The reports need to generate based on a dozen or so different parameters (unique users taking tests at x time/date). Honestly, it shouldn't take long for someone skilled with databases (an hour or two.)

I'll send you the two files (excel and access) and you tell me if you can do it. If you have a good forum rep, I'll just pay you in advance. If not, I can pay after or we can find a trust-worthy escrow. I don't really want to pay more than 10BTC for what would take maybe a couple hours. This should be done this weekend or no later than Mon/Tue.
