I sold a NXT for BTC - it sold as LTC - PoloniEx is holding my money and wont reverse/fix the issue.
Be wary = watch your trades.
I'm reporting PoloniEx to their states attorney general and the Better Business Bureau

Are they registered in the US?

Cryto trading is the gray area of US law. Not much difference than trading using monopoly money.
