there is many dodgy scam things going on at asicminer which has personally costs me over a million dollars

we have been asked to keep our mouth closed about it for so long but after the other night i feel its time to do the right thing

friedcat has mishandled asicminer and as i see it no longer fit to be ceo of asicminer

this is what i understand that friedcat no longer has any intention of running asicminer as a proper company anymore he hates the investors and the community involved

he is slowly killing off asicminer while secretly working on another project that does not require any investors

i personally think a lawsuit against friedcat is the way to go or at least to have him removed as ceo

Friedcat has self-proved he is an honest person. Friedcat has also given a huge return for the IPO purchasers and still in the track  . Bitcoin security market is a totally free market, nobody push you to buy the shares, it's your choice, you take the risk to get the potential return or not.
BTW, if you think a lawsuit against friedcat seriously, pls put the facts on the table.

My evil and grossly profitable plan of killing off the company I built and hold majority stake in is almost complete! Now, if only these pesky shareholders would just sell their equity off for a complete loss to whomever is buying at fire-sale prices, I could start my new company and just forget about the 200,000+ shares in AM I have. Who cares if I run all of my 200,000+ shares into the ground and make them worthless? I will have a new company to do stuff with and it will work out.

I am evil-FC, FC's doppleganger. I convinced him to sell out to me in the winter of 2013 after he had a long night of drinking and wasn't thinking clearly. Now that I control AM I have been able to mimic FC and teams performance and successfully get Gen3 products out (his team left with him, duh). I think FC is down south somewhere on permanent vacation so as long as the board of directors doesn't clue in to my scam, I will profit by not giving shareholders their dividends. Meanwhile, the market will rejoice at my now openly corrupt business practices and shower my company with increased sales given my reputation will be sky high.

Hell, people here can barely get together a lawsuit against COG's Garret or ACTM's Ken. And that's the overly-litigious US.

Good luck waging a legal battle in China, of all places, against a man and a company that have done nothing but give good returns to investors. FC and AM never gave any guaranteed return promises, so the fact that you bought shares for an inflated price will do nothing in front of any judge.

That would require that the original IPO investors actually file suit, which is NIGH IMPOSSIBLE with all the BTC they made. It's more likely they would counter-sue this sock puppet's claims.
