 Huh Huh

Too early on a Sunday morning for this, so I placed it into Wolfram Alpha.

Check here for the results: http://www.wolframalpha.com/input/?i=-2%282x-3%29%5E2

Look at the step-by-step solution under the expanded form section.

Hope that helps!

Well -- .... this is something BASIC for anyone who is doing math ...

1st - brackets "  (  ) "
2nd - of roots and exponentiation
3rd - * and /
4rd -  + and - ...

So... in this case
1st :  2x-3
2nd : (2x-3)^2
3rd : -2 * (2x-3)^2 ...

18 * 3 / 3 * 2 = 36 ; going left to right.

18 * 3 / 3 * 2 = 9 ; (18 * 3) then dividing it by the (3 * 2).

I believe the answer is -72.You multiply the numbers in bracket first and you get -6.Taking its square would cancel minus and we get -6 x -6= 36.Multiply it with -2 and you have answer.

Yeah, you're totally wrong; the x is a variable, not a multiplication sign.

Please ... :-)  this is starting to be a joke or something ...

Misunderstanding a variable and multiply is a mistake which you should not made ...

Remember that math is a language of a nature and you should know basics.

If that is then I remember a simple formula we use all the times in our high school maths. (a - b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2(a)(b).
Apply the forumula on bracket and then simply multiply by -2.
I solved it on paper and the answer is -8x^2 -24x - 18

Yeah my post really looks like joke but it was mistake.I took variable for multiply sign but multiplication was all right. If you had known basics you would have given answer.

Wrong again. The correct answer is -8x^2+24x - 18 .

YOU ARE WRONG!
Try highlighted part of foruma again carefully (a - b)^2 = a^2 + b^2 - 2(a)(b) Its

-2(2x)(-3) = 12x then becomes -24x on multiplying with -2. I guess you don't know -1*-1=+1.
You need to improve on that.
