At this exact moment, only PayPal's fee of $0.30+2.9%. We will be implementing our own fee of BTC 1 per transaction as an incentive for migrating to our Spend Bitcoins tool for free transactions. Smiley

Is it possible to send paypal payments as "gift" or "payment owed" to avoid fees? If that's not an option, can you consider masspay as well?

It is pitch black. You are likely to be eaten by a grue.
