制作一个币的成本这么低了？

可以先IPO一把，宣布要 pre-ann 一个新币，然后找有人投钱，你再 找他开始做，预挖个10%，这样就是 0成本，0风险做币。
如果失败，一分钱无损失，总结经验。找到失败原因，看看是哪个环节没跟上，再进行 IPO, 找人投钱，继续做。
