I am only getting 370MH/s. I see reports of others regularly getting ~450Mh/s out of their 5870's what am I missing?

I got a Vapor-X 5870 clocked at 900MHz, 300MHz mem running cgminer at I=9 on Win 7 64-bit, turning crossfire off/on makes no difference.
I clocked up to 950MHz and only could get up to ~390MH/s.

I clock mine to 1187 core and 300 ram ... and get about 440 mhash.

win7 - 64bit, 11.11 amd drivers, cgminer 2.2.1 -- nothing special.

I buy and sell GPUs, most 5850s and 7970s.

I have a couple bare bone mining rigs for sale as well.

I bought silver from [ccliu] 5 star transaction!
I bought silver from [TECSHARE] -- shipping still

Thanks Holliday! Reverting to 2.5 did the trick, I did have 2.6 from when 12.1 came out. I am back over 400MHz now. I had thought the sdk version issues were only on Linux from what I had heard, but good to know otherwise.

I get 433 on a 5870.
GPU @ 950 Mhz, Vcore @ 1.162, Mem 300, 11.12 driver SDK 2.5

I think 370 Mh/s @ 900 is normal with 11.11 drivers.
Try 11.11 with SDK 2.5

I wonder how much AMD has helped to artificially keep difficulty down, with sdk 2.6

There is a thread that has details to revert the sdk manually, this specific message: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=54693.msg651989#msg651989 has a rar you can just unpack to replace your 2.6 binaries with the 2.5 ones. You could do it messing around with the AMD uninstaller/installer but I found it easier to do manually
