Pretty sure Zoomhash is an established store by now. So generally speaking there shouldn't be any issues with them.

I have personally purchased many items from zoomhash. I have never had a problem with them shipping the item as promised and within a reasonable amount of time.

Mike here in the USA you have 1 competitor that I know of.  I will not say their name ..

I have purchased more then 6k from you and more then 3k from the competition.

Since I won't say the name of them.

Here is what I will say your gridseed blades have the best power to hash numbers of anything under 700 dollars.

The other chip in the other gear  uses way more power then your gridseeds.

I won't buy the other gear  the 100usd-150 usd or the 1000-1500 usd  or the bigger ones.  I only buy your gear right now.

I will not say the name of the other gear but It looks like the word is out that the power numbers of the gridseeds kill that of the other gear.

Someone must be smearing you so that other people will not buy from you.

Heres is the deal folks no ltc/scrypt gear in the under 1000 dollar range is better then the gridseed blade.

Mike of Zoomhash has been honest with me.

He has never over paid or over corrected mistakes he just fixed them fairly.

My 4 stock blades run at 850 freq and do about 19mh  they pull about 85 watts each using  a seasonic plat 1200 watt psu.

I purchased  a fifth from him this morning.  a few hours ago see link

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=494166.msg7253227#msg7253227

I also have had multiple orders with Zoomhash and never had any problems. Blades shipped and delivered on time or earlier than expected.  If this is a competitor spreading FUD that's just pathetic.

That's pretty bad, I think they are having some issues right now.  Today I got an email from them stating they will not honoring my order of Zeusminer Blizzards see email below:
Quote
Dear Customer,

Thank you for being a Zoomhash.com Customer.
As many of you know, there are still some power consumption issues with the Wolf/Blizzard Scrypt Asic. Until those are resolved, we do not feel comfortable shipping the units out to our customers.
Therefore, we would like to offer two options for our valued customers that purchased these items:
 1. Apply the credit from the Blizzard/Wolf order to an 80 Chip Gridseed Blade Unit @ 5.2-5.6MHs. We will also give you a special price of $650 per unit for these units.
or
 2. Full Refund

If you need further assistance, please call us at (888) 933-5282 and press 802 for Bob.
Please respond directly to this email on the choice you would like. If we do not receive an answer within 24 hours, we will automatically do a full refund on the order.

Thank you!

Zoomhash

Needless to say, I will not be getting any of the bonuses ZeusMiner was offering for pre-ordering.  I also asked them if that $650 included the PSU's and the Pi, alas it does not.  In my mind paying the extra $ for the 5.2MH isn't worth the $50 discount they are offering because they have caused me to lose hundreds on discounts/bounses from ZuesMiner.

Also I have not seen any reports regarding power consumption issues with the Blizzard, I have only seen reports of how well they perform.  It makes me wonder if they ever had plans to honor the ZeusMiner orders at all, another friend of mine ordered the "Red Dragon" model, which is the ZeusMiner Thunder, and Zoomhash said they weren't sure if it was going to ship, so they sent him an A2miner and he isn't getting the ZeusMiner bonuses either....
If I were you I would take them up on the $650 blade. I have both, blizzards I got from Zues and Blades from Zoomhash. The Blizzards use more power per MH, and are for sale on Ebay. If you'd like to buy my Blizzards on Ebay so I can use the money to buy the blades PM me, I have 6 left with 4 more on the way.

edit: just ordered another blade from Zoomhash, great deal at these prices

Well, I guess I should chime in. I'm a one time customer of Zoomhash. About a month ago, I bought a single 5 chip gridseed.

Zoomhash sent me an email confirming my order and saying it had been shipped, with a tracking number.

USPS had no record of the tracking number. So, I contacted Zoomhash to see what the deal was. They confirmed that I had indeed been shipped my order, and the tracking was correct, and indeed it was not showing in the system.

The next morning, it showed in the system as scanned, but not yet picked up. Later that afternoon it showed up at my house, though the postal service apparently was unaware that they had shipped it.

I took the risk of paying by bitcoin. I could have been screwed over.

Instead, I got polite and friendly service from a gentleman with a sense of humour, delivery ahead of schedule, and a nice little miner that has been absolutely rock steady.

So why am I a one time customer?

Because I'm broke and in debt. When I have money for hardware again, Zoomhash will be my first choice, and it's unlikely there will be a second choice. Especially if they can become resellers for Spondoolies Cheesy

Yeah I can confirm the post office really misses scans ..  No record of the shipment then it arrives at my door then the postal scan shows up after delivery.

I am getting my fifth blade today DHL from china.  I think I will order a total of 6 blades.  So in a day I may order the sixth one.

I'm currently engaged in a "discussion" with ZoomHash on reddit in /r/litecoin regarding their failure to deliver.

I'm curious how many people have had issues with ZoomHash now?  I had previously purchased from the company months ago when they were only an ebay store.  At the time, Michael seemed really cool; I had an issue with 2 of the powered riser cables going bad, he called me personally and offered to replace them free of charge.

I received 3 DOA Blades from the company, back to back.  Each time, one board would not work properly but one board would.  What are the odds of that happening?  Considering that the 1 Blade is 2 completely separate independent boards, much higher than you would think.  At no point during our exchanges did ZoomHash state that they received back the DOA boards, tested them, and verified them to be working until today when ZoomHash decided to publicly state that the boards were fine, thereby placing the blame on my end.

then I let them know that I still have screenshots, serial numbers, and proof that the 3 Blades all experienced one DOA board.

then they backed down and tried to apologize.

At this time it looks like ZoomHash is willing to refund me my shipping charges in BTC, but are neatly ignoring my other issues with their company failing to deliver or provide adequate compensation.  I am currently refusing to provide them with my BTC address until they address their other failures.

In the beginning of May, I was 100% behind ZoomHash.  Every time someone asked where to buy from, I would point them towards ZoomHash; but every time I think of ZoomHash now I think about the fucking bullshit I went through with them.

Now I am just disappointed.

Trust is everything in this business, to have such a breach of trust and then not address it is fucking bullshit.  I don't care how they were before, but the way they are now is fucking bullshit.

Are you sure that the boards are actually dead?  What I mean is, when I first started using blades back when they were brand new I had a similar issue, one board on each unit would not work which seemed strange that I would get so many boards with the exact same issue.  It wasn't the boards of course, it was the software and after correcting that they all worked fine (incidentally, I got like half my blades from people selling such "broken" boards for huge discounts on ebay).
I guess what I am saying is, obviously I don't know what happened in your case but I know for myself, if I sold you a blade and you couldn't get it to run right with your software but the blade itself was working correctly, I wouldn't compensate you either...So I can't really fault them if that is what happened.

May I ask how you know they are broken or faulty? I have one a friend wants to get rid of because one doesn't work, but obviously if it doesn't work for mechanical reasons I won't buy it. Is there a tell tale sign that it's just software doing it?

It was nothing scientific, I just noticed from personal experience that a lot of the units I hooked up, initially only one board would work, or sometimes the last board on the controller wouldn't work (like, hook 10 blades up to an rpi, 20 boards and the 20th doesn't work).  So I figured if I had that problem, other people probably did too.   Every single one so far I got like that turned out working just fine.  What I do, is whatever you feel a fair price for a working blade is, offer 40% (I start at 40% but will pay up to 50% if they haggle with me).  If for some reason you get one that legit is broken you didn't really lose anything.  So far though, I haven't had a single one that was legit broken.  I actually just got another one yesterday for $150 just waiting for delivery.

Unfortunately, I no longer have any hardware in my possession from ZoomHash.  I returned all of the hardware and was only refunded the amount of money I paid.  No compensation for anything else was done.

Well, they do like to point out that they let me keep the 2 power adapters that I told them I had no use for and I wanted to return.

I'm really curious, because at no point during my conversations with ZoomHash did they ever question my technical skills until I posted openly on Reddit that the blades had one DOA each time.  That was when they decided to inform me for the first time that their technician assured them that all the blades I said were broken were actually okay.

Prior to that experience I had provided them with samples of my .bat files and samples of my .config files.  I had attempted using cgminer and bfgminer with the blades.  I tried multiple cables, multiple computers, and multiple pools.  I even bought brand new cables and a brand new USB hub because I wanted to definitely make sure they were DOA.  I kept screenshots and I wrote down the serial numbers of the boards that I received.  When I asked for ZoomHash to provide equivalent screenshots proving that they weren't DOA; ZoomHash was unable to locate any of this information and tried to make it sound like they hadn't just tried to throw me under the bus.

While the company did refund me the total amount of money I spent with them; they are not offering any form of additional compensation.

I understand your argument that they are under no obligation to provide further compensation to me; but ZoomHash made my life a living hell for weeks. I was willing to chalk it up to live and learn, until they decided to claim that the boards were suddenly working and I was at fault.  I just want them to come out and say that they will not be providing me with further compensation because of my issues.  That they will not honor the promotion they had on May 5th which stated "Batch 13 Guaranteed in 10 Days or Free", and they still believe that they are under no obligation to provide compensation to those customers who loyally pre-ordered Zeus miners with them.

In regards to the Zeus miner pre-order fuck up.  There is a post on Reddit from their own staff stating that they did not receive the units in time.  Then the company sent out an email regarding the "power issues", which was a shady attempt for them to try and shift the blame for their failure to obtain the miners in time.

It's fine if they don't believe they owe me any actual form of compensation beyond returning me my own money.  I would just like them to publicly state it, if that's what they truly believe.

We would like to hear what you think is fair compensation on top of the 3 supposedly DOA exchange+full refund+ shipping reimbursement. Also, going back to our email correspondence, you wanted a free blade as compensation on top of the full refund or else you were going to write bad things about us...I think that would classify as a threat.

As for the Zeus miners. We lost money by doing the refund. We would have made money if we just shipped the units. There were many people that bought the items with BTC when BTC was around $450. Our refunds were in BTC as well at a time when BTC was around 650. So everyone that paid in BTC was very happy.
