Now with its updated App Store policies, Apple's guidelines state: "Apps may facilitate transmission of approved virtual currencies provided that they do so in compliance with all state and federal laws for the territories in which the app functions."

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

I'll stick with android/cyanogenmod thanks.

Permission from Apple if I want to use Bitcoin. Oh, really.  Cheesy

I'm glad that Apple decided to do a 360 on their policy
A few snipers on the Iphone certainly helped  Cool
That said this is good news for Bitcoin and Virtual currencies in general
(That said their recent unveil was meh)

None of the Bitcoiners should use any of the Apple products. Apple have always made use of dirty tactics to stay in the competition. Just check their insane court cases against Samsung.
