This is especially relevant to the mining, marketplace, and Bitcoin discussion subforums.  For people who have been here a little longer, you may have grown tired of seeing the same, basic questions being asked over and over.  For those who have recently joined, you may have noticed what jerks those of us who have been here a little longer can be when these questions are asked.

So, I think it would be a good idea if there were stickied FAQ threads in relevant subforums.  For example, a mining subforum FAQ thread might contain questions like:

"What SDK version should I use for each ATI graphics card?"
"How do I optimize my ATI graphics card?"
"How do I mine with more than one graphics card?"
"How do I know what power supply to use?"
"I want to mine, but I'm not sure what parts to get!" [responses would list the components of several mining rigs to be used as examples]
"What miners are currently available, and what are their pros/cons?"
"How do I turn my mined Bitcoins into cash?"
"How hot should I allow my graphics card to get?"
"How fast should I set my fan?
"What is the difference between voltage and powertune?"
"What are flags, and which ones should I use?"
"How do I limit my power consumption?"
"What is a reference graphics card?"
"How do I flash my BIOS?"
"Why does my computer sometimes crash when I mine?"
"Pay-per-share or proportional?"
"Which operating system should I use?"
"How do I make an open-air mining rig?"
"Should I mine in a pool or mine solo?"

Honestly, I think this might do something to ease some of the tension around here, and it might help the newbies get caught up a little faster.

Edit: And yes, I know there's already something like this in the mining section, though a little different.

Until someone sits on his ass to write them, they will not automagically appear(not referring to OP).
