Hi,
I have an encrypted electrum wallet and this afternoon all my BTC was cleared out (1.963BTC to be exact).
Please help!

Is there anyway to reverse this?

TXID: 0b98106121502f17ef9aca70025e3edf590d9ea5e098ffa6b968b19a56535b88

I will reward anyone who can revert this for me.

If you are on windows, are you absolutely sure you have no malware or keyloggers? Was your PC on and the wallet unlocked at the time? So many possibilities, you'll need to give us more info.

But unless you control the private key to 19SgUTyWxL1c8vFBJszPXR2KUkxNR7gWvs, this can not be reverted.

I am on windows

I am fairly sure that I don't have malware. My computer was off the entire day. I just turned it a few hours ago.
It seems as if someone found my Electrum private key.

You have (or had) malware.  Unless you had a physical copy of the private key, that's really the only possibility.  Try a scan using this and see if it comes up with anything
