I think its already way over, drop his signature campain a PM to drop him. Its an scam even if he did pay you the 0.03 BTC back but he still owes you 0.01.

He's late paying (2 days so far). Does that make him a scammer?

2 days late in a 5 days contracts thats nearly 50% over and he didnt pay you anything, you only got back your initial 'investment'. Yeah I would call him a scammer.

Agreed. You should leave negative feedback, I will do the same too. He paid late and didn't pay interest, and there was no communication at all.

I'm paying the interest and a late fee as soon as I can. Sorry about being late.

Jeez you are a really rabid bunch around here.

Well a lot of scams have been going on lately and people just want their money at a certain time.
its not weird that people call you a scammer when u actually havent paid on the specific date yet.

I will be able to pay the 0.01 interest + 0.005 late fee within the next 7 days.

I will try to make it within 3 though.

Verbal contract within a contract? Scamception if I ever saw it haha.

Just kidding. I'm sure that you have good intentions, but once you have paid the amount due back to the creditor you need to consider realistic terms for any future loans.

Okay it was only a small amount, but imagine if that was a bank you were dealing with, imagine the fat fee they would slap on your account, or debt that they would tarnish your name with. Just because it is a contract formed on a forum doesn't mean that you can take the piss.

People get twitchy around here because there are so many scams that go down - just even a little post or message to let him know that you're still alive would go a long way to calm the paranoia.

Dont make any hasty conclusions, It might be a good guy who pays it back like tomorrow or something. (not that im confident of that)

And yes, if he just would post one message with loan delayed, it would be another situation.
