I 've been under pressured by not meeting the deadline and then I came online and see a big mess in the ann, I thought resigning and giving smoke the full control will minimize the damage but it worsen it.


I felt like none appreciated the effort i've been putting and I have invested a lot of my money to bring VOOT from 100 satoshis to 1k.

You have been doing a great job with the coin and in alot of people's eyes were a solid dev that delivered. Handing your job to someone else made it seem like you abandoned the coin and voot was dumped to oblivion. Don't give exact deadlines when launching new innovations because you give people false hope when it doesn't come through. Same thing happened with rev2 on XC coin.

Best thing you can do is bounce back, voot is a great coin and it can bounce back rather quickly since it still has alot of volume. Keep working on the coin and bring it to a new ATH!

Now people should start scrutinizing all the altcoins to which they will invest and not just following on posts and twitter feeds like lemmings.

1) When you see FUD, neutralize it. - They don't have proof? Ignore them. That's why there's the ignore button. To ignore.

2) What happened today is really bad. I don't blame MsCollec tho. I've been in the same situation. Having an entire community on my back because developers screwed things.

3) He managed to get the coin from 70-100 satoshi to 1k+ ( Had to check the chart. Near 1.7k. ) How many takeovers have you seen being so successful? You can count them on the fingers on one of your hands.

4) Pumps are in nature of cryptos/stocks. It's numbers, easy to manipulate them if you know. Especially when you can spread FUD or positivity.
This coin can get back to where it was last night. It's weak hands versus manipulators. I don't understand why people with weak stomachs play this game. I've met homeless people who had balls, traded stocks for years, then just lost everything.

5) Give one more chance to MsCollec, since he depends on SOMEONE ELSE. When that someone else doesn't deliver, everyone attacks the guy who made the ANN. None gives a damn about the people who're working in the background of the ( exchange, or w/e it's going on here lately ) entire story.

6) I decided to invest 3BTC. Bought at 300.

PS: 7) Self moderated topics are golden. I didn't like the idea of such topics, but now I see that every coin must have a self mod topic.

Some communication yesterday hours before the delay announcement would have avoided all this mess.  What's done is done.  You can walk away from this and forever tarnish your rep or stick around and make this right and hopefully, if you bring VOOT back to where it was before this fiasco, then you can redeem yourself.  So if you are truly sorry, you would do the right thing for the community, regardless of the bashing going on.
