Vootcoin is a great coin. The ideas are fantastic. The potential is massive.
Remember Rome wasn't built in one day.
I say to the dev forget the price. Forget the FUD, focus on your plans and work towards the end goal. Don't abandon this innovation. Once everything is implemented. The real key is merchant acceptance and I believe the VootPay system will be a real selling point. BTC is the gateway to merchants, but you need something unique "security" there are lots of business out there who definitely want to keep transactions private, and if VootCoin can deliver a quick simple and safe way of to this. BAM! Then all this price manipulation is just debris.
XC has a great dev team. I'd be keeping an eye on their activity to gain good business information.
Also, we are all waiting for one coin o take it to the top. This doesn't have to be the case. There are lots of markets out there. Why not partner with another coin. ROXCoin together with Voot?
I really like how smoke project is a part of Voot. Developing sound partnerships and then even growing through acquisitions of other coins is another way to quickly achieve a decentralized network. Why not acquire a network already created, perhaps even abandoned because 'whalers' look for quick profits. They are truly killing the business potential of crypto.
So I say fuck the price. Focus on the system. Then focus on merchants...develop partnerships with other coins that already have merchants and interested. Share the market. Infact form a cartel. Two coins against the entire market is very powerful. The big banks do it, maybe its time for crypto. Maybe in time for Voot!
So dev, do what you do. and the rest should follow! I really hope you keep working on this till the very end
