Your website advertises free shipping but whenever I actually begin an order it adds shipping with no way to take it off. I asked your support people but they never responded to me. Whats the deal?
Also asked what does "fast shipping" mean? My idea of fast may not be your idea of fast! Do you ship your products from your location (and where is that anyway) or are you just a drop shipper?
That's odd, I receive every email immediately when someone contacts us in the minimal instances of Live Chat not being available.
. Just double checked every email and still am failing to see it. Our shipping takes 3-4 days maximum. We consider this to be fast. We are currently working on acquiring a location! Currently we are having our suppliers do us a favor and ship them for us and will be opening a headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas soon! We chose Fort Worth because it is in the central United States so if one person from NYC orders and one from LA they will receive them at the same time! This cuts down on shipping time! Like I have said before, ZigHash prides itself in customer support and 99% of the time I reply to emails within minutes! It is rare for customers to wait anymore that 30 minutes! So, if that was on our end I greatly apologize and did not do that on purpose!
