I think you should redesign the wheel, it doesn't fit in with the colour scheme of the website.

But good overall, nice payouts.

  • Instant Withdrawals

when I tried to withdraw it popped a message box about my coins shortly arriving, but still nothing happened (few hours passed)

Your response? why are withdrawals not instant like you advertise?

We have heard there is a problem with the wheel on some browsers which we are looking into now. What browser are you using JimClone?

My username is doug1. Withdrawal still hasn't arrived, and my balance remains at 0 BTC.
I advise people here not to play at this site until this is resolved and explained. Withdrawals not instant and not sent out at all.

Hi doug1,

We are just looking into this now, as it looks like there was some strange activity from your account, and the withdraw was put in a que for manual approval.

Aviba,

After a lengthy review of our logs and contact with other Bitcoin Gambling Operators the consensus is that you've got a reputation for exploiting websites in this way. The fraud checks that take place before our otherwise instant withdrawals are processed are in place to stop activity like this. We will refund the deposit you initially made into your doug1 account but please do not play our games anymore.

When you exploit like this you will not be able to withdraw your winnings and in the future we won't refund your deposits. This was your last chance with us! Please take your activities elsewhere.

I hope you can call it a day now your deposit has been refunded:

Could you disclose the details of the attack so that we will know his withdrawal was denied for a good reason?

We don't discuss the specifics behind exploits publicly. We don't want to give any more advantage to the exploiters/hackers/scammers than they already have. Not a week goes by where we don't receive some sort of threat or exploit attempt on our websites. If you doubt Aviba's history for this sort of thing then please take a read of this latest posts and let us know what you make of it: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=359930;sa=showPosts

Since Retro Coin Games acquired Bitwheel.io one of top priorities has been to bring the house edge in line with our other games. All four wheels have been updated with the new house edge!

Previously the house edge was 6.25% and it is now down to a house edge of 1.56%.

New Classic Wheel:

New 50/50 Wheel:

New 1000% Wheel:

New Atomic Wheel:

The reduction of the house edge to 1.56% means that the wheels are much fairer and inline with the odds at other sites.

This means that playing on our wheels now should see a lot more winners!

I guess you are right here. It seems he has won big and has been accused of cheating on both Peerbet and Multidice before.
It is nice to see you refunding his deposit when he is trying to cheat.

Thanks for taking the time to read into it more Coef. With perfect information we could make perfect decisions. But without perfect information our decisions can never be 100% perfect - we just do our best with what we have. When our system pays out withdraws to those taking advantage of exploits the money is gone and you'll likely never hear from us or the person who took it from us.

When our fraud systems catch behavior that looks a bit 'dodgy' we do our best to investigate it fairly. The other side will normally make as much noise as they can to try and pressure us into taking their side. In situations like this we will normally refund the deposits, provided they haven't scammed money above and beyond that value from us already! I don't think it's any fairer for us to confiscate a players deposit when we suspect scamming than it is for them to steal from our bankroll!

Hopefully our actions in response to issues like this will help us build a reputation that allows honest players to trust us, and will make less than honest players think twice about trying to steal from us!

You are accomplishing the exact opposite though.  By refunding scammers, scammers will now target you because it's a no-loss situation for them.  If they go undetected, they get your money.  If they get found out, they get refunded their deposit.  What would there be to think twice about?
