Sinecoin is a cryptocurrency using scrypt-adaptive-N as a proof-of-work algorithm. Block rewards vary along a sine wave, which ensures that even as the base block reward gets lower, it will still be worthwhile to mine.

sorry i might not have explained it too well. Basically the 100 coin block value will be the mid line and the lowest value will be 90 and the highest will be 110.

Not on Windows, port range must be lower than 65000. Ports above 65000 will only work on Linux.
