What do we have to do as defrauded mtgox customer to get something back from the bankruptcy process?

If we could do something about It we would probably of done It to get our bitcoins, but I don't see what we could do to get our bitcoins back It is very unlikely that we will get our coins back and most of us know that. At least I don't see any positive thinking in this situation, sorry.

Ive read of r/bitcoin that you should discuss what your next step should be with a lawyer (ESPECIALLY if you are based in the US)

So, I was right to think that we must wait for further instructions...
I asked because in these legal matters you never know what you have/should do.
In any case I don't want to hire a lawyer and spend other money and time. Are you going to hire it?

Been done. It will get you nowhere because they declared bankruptcy.

speechless if people are just leaving it ?
surely someone is holding them accountable ?
