The oldest email is the last

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*Well if you cannot send it in any way - the last option would be to ask the developers to work on the issue and fix it. As i informed you earlier, that would take some time.

*Please be aware that my shift finishes in 40 minutes. If you are able to complete the transaction in any way until then, please contact me.
Otherwise i will inform the developers to start working on the issue, right after they finish working on the migration.

*If you have any questions or ideas feel free to contact us on this e-mail address.

Regards,
BTC Πρoμo

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*We will pay you but we cannot do it before the transaction gets marked as "processed". The system does not allows us to make payment before getting marked as "processed". Please follow the instructions from the last e-mail, so the transaction can get marked as "processed" and we can pay you.

Try even with borrowing the last 2.0 btc, and that will initiate the payout right away.

*If you have any questions or ideas feel free to contact us on this e-mail address.

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*Well the transactions is still marked "on hold" because of these last 2.0 btc.
As i informed you earlier, you must sent these 2.0 btc to the main btc address assigned to you - 1T68uy1WwvXQR1K3awy1DS6HLvbcirod9

*I confirmed this with the developers twice already, and they are 100% sure that this will mark the transaction as "processed".
After that we will initiate 5.0 btc in USD currency to paypal, and 2.0 btc back to you in BTC currency.

Is that correct?

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*Did you understand the last e-mail correctly?

*So you want 2.0 in btc currency and 5.0 btc in USD currency, right? Please be aware that before sending the 5.0 and 2.0, you must send the last transaction of 2.0 btc to the original address assigned to you - 1T68uy1WwvXQR1K3awy1DS6HLvbcirod9

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*Got a reply from the developers. Sorry it seems that i informed you incorrectly. Earlier when the transactions got merged, these two transactions of 1.00 btc got also merged to the main btc address (1T68uy1WwvXQR1K3awy1DS6HLvbcirod9).

*It is true that it does not matter from which originating address they are sent, but they must be sent to the main btc address assigned to you - 1T68uy1WwvXQR1K3awy1DS6HLvbcirod9

*Sorry for the trouble, I confirmed this with the developers twice already, and they are 100% sure that this will mark the transaction as "processed". Just before sending the last 2.0 btc, please confirm if you would like payout in USD for the total 7.0 btc or you want part of them to be send back to you in btc currency.

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*The developers confirmed that there are two more transaction made from the same IP address and from the same machine, using the same paypal address.
Here is the log that the developers sent to me:

***1.0 BTC, 16:23:43, 1KkEbay596DptfBr7WxT7pQmE6B5UhYowF , $686.2, sara_kartillo@hotmail.com
***1.0 BTC,  19:37:05, 1D2Cv2UrYKab6s2iWvDbRqXYjDQBLrXoPq , $674.2, sara_kartillo@hotmail.com

*So it seems that these are all your transactions, as you are the owner of
sara_kartillo@hotmail.com.
As a sign that we are ready to help, we will accept to pay out the total 5.0 btc for the price of $686.4 per btc - which is the highest price from all the trades you made.

Please be aware that for clearing these 2 transactions you must send the amounts in two different transactions, first one of 1.0 btc to:
1KkEbay596DptfBr7WxT7pQmE6B5UhYowF
and the second one of 1.0 btc to:
1D2Cv2UrYKab6s2iWvDbRqXYjDQBLrXoPq

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*I have received a response from the developers. It seems that you have made one more trade which is not completed yet.
The trade is made at 16:23:43hour today (with the same paypal address, coming from the same IP address) and it is a trade for 1.00 btc and you have not completed that trade.

*For the system to mark the transaction as processed each transaction made from you must be cleared. For clearing the 1.00 btc transaction you need to send 1.00 btc to the btc address assigned to you at that time - 1KkEbay596DptfBr7WxT7pQmE6B5UhYowF

*Please confirm that you have not made anymore transactions? Only these two?

Op 5 jun. 2014 19:34 schreef <support@btcpromo.net>:

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*As we informed you this is because of the system. It merged the two transactions together because they came from the same btc address... That can be resolved instantly with sending 1.5 btc more and the payout will be instant (5-10 minutes), it won't even take 5 hours.

*But if the 1.5 is not sent together in one transaction, the system holds the btc marked as "on hold" and that will have to be fixed by the developers (that is why it may take a week or so)...

*For the system to change the status of the transaction from "on hold" to "processed" the 1.50 btc must be sent from the same originating btc address (1MYYvt77nuqTPG6WBAUQHguAZQPBtNC3k8) to the same receiving address (1T68uy1WwvXQR1K3awy1DS6HLvbcirod9).

That will lead to instant payout.

If you can't make payment give back btc on same address you got it from

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*Well in that case we will inform our developers to work on the issue, however it may take some time (a week or so) because they are still working on the migration.

*This was the fastest way to do it, that is why we offered you the two options (payout for total 3.0 btc or 1.5 payout and 1.5 returned in btc currency). If you are able to do that the payout will be done in 5-10 minutes, as soon as the system marks the transaction as completed.

Otherwise please wait for the developers to fix the issue.

BTC Πρoμo

Op 5 jun. 2014 19:06 schreef <support@btcpromo.net>:

Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*Sorry for the delay, i have just contacted the developers to see why the delay occurred. It seems that the system merged your two transactions as one and expects the full 1.5 btc to be received in one single transaction.

*This can be solved  immediately, you just need to send the total amount of 1.5 btc to the btc address assigned to you (1T68uy1WwvXQR1K3awy1DS6HLvbcirod9) and the system will mark the transactions completed, which will lead to payout in 5-10 minutes.

*After that we can make the payout for 1.5 btc and return the other 1.5 btc to your wallet, or we can make a payout for the total 3 btc.
Just inform us which option you want before sending the total 1.5 btc in one transaction.

*If you have any questions or ideas feel free to contact us on this e-mail address.

 Hello

*Thank you for using our service.

*We would like to inform you that we have received your request for trading 0.5 BTC.
However at this time we have enormous number of trades and that is why payout levels are implemented.

*The current payout level is 1.5 BTC. Everyone who trades over 1.5 BTC gets paid in the 5 hours time-frame. All orders that are smaller than 1.5 BTC are put on temporary hold, until the bigger transactions are cleared.

*It may take couple days for clearing the bigger transactions first, depending from the volume of trades in the next few days.

*If you want to - you can reach the level of 1.5 with sending 1 BTC more to the btc address assigned to you - 1T68uy1WwvXQR1K3awy1DS6HLvbcirod9
That will lead to payout in the next 5 hours. Otherwise please wait for the higher levels to be cleared first.

*If you have any questions or ideas feel free to contact us on this e-mail address.
