Does anyone else play this casino? I've had poor experience. Some trouble withdrawing, and more recently a large bet won, but didn't get paid, the bet just sat on the table instead. I got a message from support saying the video feed just broke.

I'm sorry you are feeling this way and that your experience was not flawless. The problem with live dealers feed is that when the video feed brake we can't obviously receive the winnings numbers and process your winning.
To our knowledge we had a total of three video shortfall since we started the live dealer games, two times with no consequences as no player bets were placed. We have conducted a one month long live dealer competition without any reported issue.
As an overall winner in our casino you must also have experience that all your other bets were credited accordingly to the video feed and that all your withdrawals were paid.
We try our best to provide our customers with the best casino experience but are unfortunately also dependent on third parties and general internet conditions that we have no control over.
