You may be out of luck, that company seems to be defunct.

Their site shows:

BitCoinVPS is a trading name of Rack Internet Ltd.
Rack Internet Ltd, 145-157 St John Street, London, EC1V 4PW

Without a username yet you cannot login to file a ticket:

But have you tried their pre-sales contact method?

I should have checked here first.  Ordered a vm from bitcoinvps a few days ago, paid straight away and haven't heard anything.  Invoice shows as being unpaid yet coins were transferred to bit-pay.com.  Anyone had any luck contacting bit-pay?  It was only just over 1 bitcoin but still annoying.

Anyone had any luck contacting

Assuming you've filed a ticket and gotten no response then another contact method for Bitcoin-VPS that they show is their phone number.
 Email: sales@bitcoinvps.net  Phone: 0870 4710 895
 - http://www.bitcoinvps.net/contact/#

Have you tried that?

No answer from their phone number although I only tried option 1 (sales).  Didn't want to give them any more money trying all 3 options (0870 is a premium rate number).

Bit-pay, their payment processor, got in touch with me to say they're looking into it.  I requested they halt payments to this company.  Unfortunately they're not able to refund me because they pass the payment on almost immediately.

And just to mention, the Trade page on the wiki had been updated on Feb 20th where the wiki username FredrikBacklund had removed BitcoinVPS from the list of "Dedicated/Virtual Server Hosting" vendors.

We've still been unable to reach anyone from bitcoinvps.  We have stopped processing payouts on their account until it can be cleared up.  It's an odd situation for sure.  I can't imagine there was an intention to scam people and they didn't have a huge amount of orders.  It makes me wonder if something happened to the owner of the service.
