No offense but it's a bit basic. I suppose if you like a nice simple one it's fine but there are plenty of other sweet designs out there (both understated and quite fancy/elaborate).

I don't really understand it. What is "Load & Verify" and "Spend"? Should there be QR-Codes in that boxes? How does the other side look?

Yes there will be QR codes in it. Load & verify is the address you send the Bitcoins to store in the paper wallet. Spend is what you scan to gain access to the private key of the wallet so you can spend the Bitcoins.

Spend is what you scan to gain access to the private key of the wallet so you can spend the Bitcoins. So, you have Public Key and Private Key on the same page? Why? I can't think of a Situation, where you Need both, especially since the Public Key is calculated from the Private Key. I would Keep them seperated. You can have the public key anywhere, since it is no Problem if somebody sees it, but the private key more secure, since you just Need it, when you want to send BTCs.

It's just a paper wallet design. You use other software to get the coins on there.

It's popular to have both QRs on one side, see https://en.bitcoin.it/w/images/en/4/40/PaperWallets-offlineaddress-com.pngHowever, I see what you're saying, it makes sense.

It's ok I guess but I've seen much better. There was a site somewhere that had many great designs.

Looks ok, but as it was said, it seems a bit basic. In my opinion, you could use a birghter shade of orange in order to save up on ink when printing it. Maybe add some texture, maybe a pattern that looks like interconnected nodes, something like a network.

Simple but a little unexciting. I like the concept of paper wallets but I just don't trust creating them.

I like it. My first attempt was just a qr code on a piece of regular printer paper. Now I need enough bit coin to justify using it.
