bter..com not working

When I browse to bter.com on my laptop I get the following error:


Error 522 Ray ID: 13652bae817107df
Connection timed out

There is a graphic on the screen that says my connection to CloudFlare is good but the web site says "Host error".

When I use my mobile device it works just fine.

What is with all these exchanges having crap connections? Bittrex is very slow sometimes. Poloniex goes offline and is very slow. Cryptsy also is very slow at times and has crap software that allows you to have a negative balance in your coins.
