Getting money out of TradeHill

Hello,

do you know how can I get my money from tradehill to any other exchange (preferably MtGox, CryptoXchange or bitcoinica) cheaply? I don't have a lot ($123) and international wire is $45, which is way too much for this small sum. The OKPay debit card is around the same sum ($33 + they'll hold $10 as minimum balance, if I understand it correctly).

I wrote to tradehill, but got no response for a while now. I was thinking about some combination of local wire transfers (like from TH to BitInstant), but can't find anything. Why can't just TH issue a mtgox coupon?

Any help/ideas would be welcome!

Thank you. I wanted to do just that, but bitinstant does not allows me to choose TH as source. I guess I'll wait until it is possible.
