No one NEEDS bitcoin loans.  If you are asking where most scams originate, I'd say from developing countries.

My guess is that a bitcoin loan does not qualify as a necessity of life Roll Eyes  Therefore, people WANT bitcoin loans, not NEED Tongue
The leader of honest borrowers?  I have no idea why the heck you are judging by countries, single out people that you want to loan to.  Not just by their demographics.

Roll Eyes You, Sir, have no idea what a DoX is. You don't just find a DoX, normally, you either make one or find someone to do it for you. In the U.S you could sue them. But that probably won't need to happen often, since a DoX has most of their personal information in it. You don't need their 'Facebook' when you have their name, alias, address, E-mails, spouse, phone numbers, and relatives.

I doubt most people would use that dox for suing purposes.  They would just try and use that info to get their BTC back through communicating with the scammer.

Hi,
People from such countries often dont have very good English skills and can be recognized from far distance if they want to scam you. So I think that very often people from USA for example are trying to scam.

Request documents needed to the same scammer has not trick you several times. This is not to prosecute.

the loans could be coming from anywhere that you have poor people.
I don't think we can generalise and say blah blah.

Their does seem to be an incease in the number of indian folks asking for loans, but again it seems to be a big mix of people so hard to tell.
