Dear all,

I just install a new PC. I freshly installed the last versions of Bitcoin and Armory:
- bitcoin-0.9.1-win64-setup
- armory_0.91.2-rc1_winAll

I moved the  Bitcoin Core home dir ONLY, to a different disk, using instructions from https://bitcoinarmory.com/download/troubleshooting/
A) Auto run Bitcoin Core (system default) *MAC users MUST USE Option (B)*

Navigate to alternate Bitcoin Core storage location and create the new target dir, for example F:\Bitcoin\new\home\dir

In Armory, go to “File > Settings” and set the "Bitcoin Home Dir" folder to the new target dir F:\Bitcoin\new\home\dir

            Close Armory

Move everything from your Bitcoin Core home dir (C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Bitcoin) to the new target dir F:\Bitcoin\new\home\dir
            Restart Armory

I also checked that the PC time is synchronized from Internet.

Then Armory sync perfectly with the network, starts to build the databases up to 99% and then keeps there (90% 30 seconds) forever.

I tried 3 times => same behavior. I uninstalled and reinstalled everything => same.

What could create this issue ? how could I go further in the trouble shooting ?

Kind regards,

JMF

Hello,

I finally wiped out everything, made a clean install from both Bitcoin and Armory, and initialized everything withe the standard settings. This worked straightforward.

Then only I moved the 2 folders to the other disk. And this worked also.

Fine, I'm operational now.

Regards,

JMF
