James McNair, of Peekskille, New York, a passenger in the limo bus, died in the crash, Williams said.
Three other men, including Morgan, were in critical condition, and one was in fair condition, he said. Two occupants weren't injured.
Morgan was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick where he was placed into the intensive care unit, Williams said.
