Nope. It wasn't a reference to Dank. Dank is addicted to LSD, not weed. And he lost his money on drug addiction, which earned him the Scammer tag (now gone) after he was unable to repay the loan. It had nothing to do with gambling.

Unless you're a gambling operator and they banned your business in 2006 (UIGEA) and are trying to ban it again by giving bogus reasons instead of the truth, which is to block competition.
