Hi everyone, I'm currently making a Bitcoin tutorial website and I'd like help creating the tutorials. The tutorials should be of a high quality in English. We may add support of other languages soon. I'd prefer the steps to be in list order (e.g. 1. click A 2. type B 3. press enter). The tutorials need to be extremely specific. Please suggest your own ideas for tutorials you'd like to write (write what your idea is in this post before creating the tutorial it so I can approve it).

Here are the payout rates:
  • .001 btc for a tutorial, must contain more than 100 words. If the tutorial is extremely short we'll work something out, don't write things that shouldn't be included just to hit the word minimum.
  • Another .00025 btc for every picture added. another .00005 btc added on to that for every picture with an arrow showing what you're talking about
  • Another .0001 btc for every picture you add alternative text for. Alternative text is text that a user sees or hears when they have pictures turned off (due to a seeing disability or they just don't want to see pictures). An example of alternative text for the Bitcoin logo () would be "An orange circle with a white B-looking shape in it. The B is tilted slightly to the right The B has white two lines going through it vertically, similar to a dollar symbol. Please put the alternative text in text form below the image.

Please include your Bitcoin address in your tutorial. I will be ending this job when 30 tutorials are written, but may close it earlier if I'd like. I may also open this up later if we want more tutorials. Please note that by submitting the tutorial and getting paid, you are transferring ownership of the tutorial to us.

Taken:
  • How to buy Bitcoin with cash
  • Where/how to earn Bitcoin
  • How to accept Bitcoin as payment on your ecommerce site

Thanks, good luck, and have fun! Smiley

0.001 per 100 words is $0.65. Are you just joking or dead serious?  Grin

I'm serious... they're tutorials, it isn't like writing an article where you need to spend time researching and interviewing. Hopefully if you're creating a tutorial you know what you're writing about and there isn't much to research. And there are bonuses which are outlined above.

OK.

How To Buy Bitcoin With Cash
Do you want to get into the Bitcoin market? Not a problem. You don't even have to buy an expensive mining rig anymore (and the difficulty level of mining Bitcoin makes it so that you might as well mine another cryptocurrency). If you want to get some, just follow some easy steps:
1. Download and install the wallet. You definitely want to do this on the official Bitcoin site to make sure you're not getting a virus.
2. Know your Bitcoin address. This is where your Bitcoin will be sent. The most reliable way to make sure you're providing the correct Bitcoin address is to go to the “Receive” tab of your Bitcoin wallet and copy-and-paste the address.
3. Find an exchange. The official Bitcoin site also has a list of reliable exchanges where you can buy Bitcoin with cash. There's quite a few to choose from, so be sure to make comparisons before buying.
4. Buy your Bitcoin. Can't afford a full Bitcoin? No problem. Many people start out by buying a fraction of a Bitcoin. A Bitcoin can be divided into fractions as low as 0.00000001BTC.
5. Make sure it gets to your wallet. It'll have to go through a few confirmations, so be patient.
And that's pretty much it. Enjoy your Bitcoin.

How To Earn Bitcoin
Are you sick of being paid in fiat currency for work you do, or do you just not have enough money to outright buy Bitcoin? If so, you're not out of luck. It's not very difficult to earn Bitcoin for jobs if you know where to look.
1. Get a Bitcoin wallet if you haven't already. Failing that, see if you can have the Bitcoin sent to a really good active cryptocurrency exchange.
2. Take stock of your skills. Remember, you're basically becoming a freelancer and that means knowing what you can reasonably do for people.
3. Check out the Bitcoin jobs boards. Coinality is my favorite but you might find others. Or you might troll forums like Bitcointalk to see who is hiring.
4. Decide what a reasonable amount of Bitcoin for a job might be. That'll mean keeping an eye on the current value of Bitcoin as much as learning what a typical freelancer in your field makes for a typical job.
5. Make sure you do a really good job. People will come back for more if you can stand out from the crowd.
6. Make sure you get paid. Make sure you send your employers your Bitcoin address. Don't be afraid to mark somebody as a scammer if they cheat you out of your Bitcoin. It has happened.
Working for Bitcoin can be fun, especially when you watch the amount of Bitcoin grow in your wallet. And be sure to go shopping with it, because that's how we encourage use of Bitcoin.

You could just pull some of the Tutorials from the Bitcoin Wiki, and contact who wrote them.

how we encourage use of Bitcoin.
Nice job. I'm looking for more specific tutorials though; rather than saying 'Download and install the wallet', write 'Download and install a wallet. For this tutorial, we'll use MultiBit (https://multibit.org)." Then, rather than saying "Find an exchange" say "Find an exchange. For this tutorial we'll use Cryptsy." Then guide the user through how they can buy Bitcoin with cash on Cryptsy, step-by-step.

And great job with the second one; however, please add in the option to get Bitcoins from faucets.

Thanks for the idea, I'll consider it. But considering that I might be monetizing these tutorials from ads, I don't want to take things from a volunteer-written site.

No offence, but the pay is a bit too less.  I get paid 0.001 BTC per post, a post like this one Tongue
I am interested in writing tutorials for you, but I'll need a lot more BTC upfront to even start to consider.

And the third one:

Accepting Bitcoin on your Ecommerce Site

So you want an ecommerce site that takes Bitcoin. That's awesome, but getting started can be a bit confusing. So here's some tips to get you started:
1. Get a web host. You won't go far without starting with a good URL. Keep it short so people will remember it. Make sure you find one that makes it easy to integrate Bitcoin.
2. Decide on a niche. This is a place where you can really stand out. Bitcoin already has the exchanges, the casino sites and the faucets. You could be the one who creates the world's largest online bakery while accepting Bitcoin.
3. Create your site. These days creating a website doesn't take a lot of technical know-how. You could just do what I did and attach the WooCommerce plugin to your Wordpress blog.
4. Decide how you want to take payments. There are a few payment processors that make it easy to natively accept Bitcoin on your site. My favorite is Coinpayments simply because they have so many cryptocurrency options and a Wordpress plugin. If you'd rather use payment buttons, check out Coinbase.
5. Advertise your website. For many people, advertising is equated with thousands of dollars. I recommend either Google Adsense or affiliate marketing if you want to pay for results. Or you could just get out in your neighborhood and do something that gets you free media attention in a good way.

You could just pull some of the Tutorials from the Bitcoin Wiki, and contact who wrote them.

I'll agree with you there. I know for sure that Google hates copy-and-pasted content and you will get kicked out of Adsense if you plagiarize.

Same thing with this one; pick a specific method of how a company can accept Bitcoin on their website, and make a step-by-step guide.

This is a really small amount and in my opinion I don't think it would be worth it to put in the work.
