I don't think it's worth that much in all honesty. You won't get anywhere near that so I would just take that offer.

I have to disagree, the thing is BTC's are a big market and are going to be even bigger and more popular. Only 5-6 good .com BTC domain names exist, in the world, that are generic and good enough for a forum, and BTCForums.com is as far as I know the only one that is currently for sale.

It's a good domain name. Quite great if you want to start a Bitcoin forum/community, not so great for anything else, unfortunately.
