I dont understand why it states that Bitcoin is restricted in India ? It is NOT. Just normal anti money laundering laws apply to it...

What about all the greyed out countries D:

It seems like there has been no official notice of any kind in most GCC countries. It would have been awesome in Dubai , with free public wifi being planned by 2020 Tongue

No longer active on bitcointalk, however, you can still reach me via PMs if needed.

I think Dubai is very active in bit coin. My preference would be grey in all countries. Government intervention is far more likely to hurt than help.

The RBI's Stand is still not clear on bitcoin they never released any guidelines on how they gonna deal with it..! and some businesses stopped accepting bitcoins in India due to that ambiguous stand, they are taking there time to understand the concept and with the amount of Black Money and Money Laundering cases in India they want to make sure that it does not work against them.

Right now, the possession of Bitcoins is not illegal anywhere in the world. But converting fiat to Bitcoin or Bitcoin to fiat is banned or regulated in many of the world nations, such as Iceland and Mexico.

Austria is on the map, but not on the list.
Maybe the creator doesn't know, that Austria is not part of Germany anymore ..
