Well how do you normally ensure they do the work? You pay them after the job's done. Rates will depend on the job. I doubt anyone is going to send bitcoins to someone over the net before they've even met in person or started the work with this particular service. And are you looking for plastering in the South Wales area?

A customer only has to pay when the job is complete and they are completly satisfied with the finish.  As for price/quoting I never do without seeing the job first hand , which is free off corse. Thank you for asking.
