So you own the website, own the domain, have someone else create and manage the website for you, and you have little rep.
I don't understand your leverage here. You have great domains, are offering them to web developers as a way of enticing them, but are saying you still own the domains.

Except owning a domain, what else can you offer? Do you have any business ideas? Can you do website design? Any other skills that would fit the job?
If I'd develop the whole webpage myself, I'd just put in on my domain and keep 100% profits.

i can not offer anything except usage of my premium domains.
example: owner of bitcoinwallet.com paid $250,000 just for the domain name...he could have built the same site on a crappy domain but he did not.
premium domain names are like beachfront location.
that's all i can offer.
a talented webdeveloper + my premium domain = profit
