I'd wait for confirmation on those things. I know Stunna promised a rise in rates but since then the main competitor that was Ritz dropped out of the race and one of the other high-paying deals has had lots of problems with payments and dozens of users have since signed up to PD, so he may not increase the rates for those reasons.

Its true, after dropped out Ritz, no main competitor for Stunna, mostly campaign is unstable.
