I will not wait, since the escrow was meant for the first payment. It has been paid and I have given people 24 hours to send me a message if they still haven't been paid / if there was a problem. I got none, so I'm returning the escrowed funds. That was our agreement and so shall it happen. I cannot and will not change the agreed terms.

Ok so due to this being my first time doing this, in a real campaign setting, please give a bit of grace for some minor mistakes.

And,

Due to the overwhelming agreement from older members to have a pm-based system, if the OP agrees, we will be switching to that! It appears that everyone wants to go and have this system in place, and I'm fine with it! It looks like a good set up, and anything that decreases workload I wouldn't mind having.

As such, there will be some new requirements that have to be in place, but other than that, it would remain nearly the same.

I have 3 users tagged for excessive posting in the Chinese sub-forum, not necessarily spam however. I still have to think what to do about this, but due to the count of the characters and the context of the thread, most times I can see something constructive being made. I'll still have to see.

Other than that, most members had posts that were good in one way or another. There were a few posts people made I wasn't sure about, but I think they're droned out by the quality of most of the other posts. There were a few members that didn't do so well (And I was looking at the context of the thread) and I'll on and talk with them on how to work on it.

Sure, we have to wait, I understand.  But its been over 48 hours since you posted that the spreadsheet was sent.  Waiting 3 days for a bitcoin payment is sorta ironic, maybe he should just send a cheque in the post.  Seriously though, its already Friday in the far east, I wonder why such delay.

Here we go again Can't you guys just wait patiently instead of complaining that it takes a bit longer. It has happened before, it won't magically disappear. Yes, someone is helping, but that doesn't mean that OP won't check it himself. Stuff like this takes time and yes, sometimes longer then expected.

I can understand you as well as OP. Wouldn't you double check something that someone gave you? I definitely would, since money is involved. Also, he works in the factory on the products that they are creating, he said so in one of his PM's. This means that even more time is consumed, which cannot be used on the campaign. Campaigns don't always pay out on time. I have yet to see a campaign that didn't have any problems in it's first two weeks. It takes time to get used to.
And yes, it might have been a bit condescending and I apologize for that, but it's getting quite annoying if you see it constantly happening.

Well to be honest, I'm not sure I would delay the payments of contractors by 3 days just to double check the work of someone I hired.  That just makes me look terribly unorganized and unprofessional.  The crucial thing is this: set a schedule and stick to it.  That's the way the professional world works.  If you have an unavoidable delay, you tell people as soon as you can and you try to provide the most accurate and specific info you can about how long the delay will be


I can tell you this, the longer xbtec waits to fulfill his obligations the sketchy he looks as a company.  If you were considering buying a mining rig from him, would you take into consideration his ability to pay advertisers on time when deciding whether he was someone you wanted to work with?  I know I would. 

Personally, I'm thinking about leaving the campaign over this.  I find it discouraging.

I think you can easily do that by dividing the amount of BTC and your rates.
Example, a Jr. Member get 0.01 BTC this week, it means he post 20 post (0.01 : 0.0005 = 20)
