Another "time is everything" quote: http://www.chipestimate.tv/aboutus.php

Quote
"Time to market is critical in the fast emerging bitcoin mining market," remarkjavascript:void(0);s Josh Lee, founder and CEO of Uniquify, who notes that the design highlights the quality of Uniquify’s work. "First silicon worked as expected, proving Uniquify and HashFast can deliver leading-edge silicon in a short timeframe, and a testament to Uniquify’s expertise and ability to quickly turn a design without sacrificing quality."

I'm still curious if Josh (Jung) Lee is related to Charles Lee.

Feel free to explore other names on the list, starting with James de Castro, while I do the same.

Strategic Counsel Corp at 227 Broadway Suite 306, Santa Monica, CA?

You know who else resides at 227...

As for the previous occupants of 227?

Clearstone Venture Partners, huh? Damn, I coulda sworn one of the newly elected Bitcoin Foundation members worked for Clearstone...

Wacky bonus for gobignetwork.com:

Hosted straight from the heart of Intelligence Land!

Never to fear - founder (and self-described "serial entrepreneur", JaJaJa) WIL SHROTER hasn't let all these sad sallies on RipoffReport get to him; he changed his site to www.startups.co around 2012.

Bottom line, we can now easily connect HashFast with Brock Pierce's Bitropolis in Santa Monica.

For those desiring more proof, it's forthcoming, so I ain't stoppin' exposing this fuckin' crooks till the 1,132 BTC stolen from me by davout, staff on this forum, via his InstaWallet "hack". InstaWallet is now 100% offline and still owes 20K non-customers (their words, not mine) of theirs, having only repaid >1K to date - all documented.

When I get done, there'll be a can o' worms opened up of the likes you've never seen.

The day eBay starts accepting bitcoins, will be the day I amass the troops to start an effort to boycock (I may even use that word) eBay because Brock Pierce is on the board of The Bitcoin Foundation.

I am one pissed off motherfucker NOW!

Adam T. Ettinger's Strategic Counsel Corp. is now located in Brock Pierce's Bitropolis behind a desk in one of the cubicles (limited offices there on the third floor of 227 Broadway).

Here's a video of Adam Ettinger conducted by https://www.youtube.com/user/theamplifyla/about: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cs6eePfEdkg

Please consider viewing the YouTube video to help increase the view count into the double digits.

Also, consider subscribing to Amplify LA's YouTube channel so that they can hopefully obtain more VC to add to their already $12.6M USD amassed: https://www.youtube.com/user/theamplifyla/about

While I go and jack-off, follow the link to see what Bitcoin-based entities Amplify LA has funded to date: http://www.crunchbase.com/organization/amplify-la

We gave you fucks $11.6M to get 6 subscribers?

Dude, you're not good at maths, are you? We're in the process of logarithmic grown. Double the funding, and we'll show you 24 subscribers.

And, where do you think we should get such moneys from?

The same place you've been getting it. From those trust funds left by them bastards that are no longer among the living, or the 401Ks we've been setting up.

Genius!

Now, if you'll excuse me, Mr. Pierce wants to see me at my cubicle.

My grandfather used to say, "Wish in one hand...". You can thank Ken Feldman's friends, Long Dong Johnson and Skropenis for your lost, but luckily there's an unbiased bankruptcy lawyer handling the case now, with HashFast's other lawyer now having a nice cubicle at Bitropolis next to the hot tub.

so seriously? What about the small orders, please someone give me a small summary, i will apriciate that. thanks u guys

Yes, Please someone give a summary of where we are at..

seconds after I posted the above, I received this in an email:

Quote
HashFast creditors, customers, partners and suppliers,

As you may have seen in the press, on May 9 2014, HashFast had a petition filed against us to move the organization into an involuntary bankruptcy.  We have been hard at work in developing a plan to see how to best serve our customers, supply vendors, and other creditors.

As a result of these actions,  we filed a request to move to a reorganization under Chapter 11 bankruptcy on June 5, 2014 and the courts granted that request on June 7, 2014.  We are in the process of finalizing our plans to best serve our creditors.

Our focus is to reorganize the company in a way that provides added value to our creditors, versus a liquidation scenario that would be of less value. As a part of that reorganization, Eduardo DeCastro has resigned as CEO, and we have reduced the operating team to the core functions necessary to continue operations and to effect our plan.  In the interim Simon Barber is President and CTO, and Monica Hushen, who recently joined as CFO is handling business operations and bankruptcy matters.

HashFast has retained Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP as its bankruptcy counsel, and we will be working together to generate a reorganization plan that will allow us to emerge from bankruptcy as quickly as possible.

We will be sharing more specific information regarding our reorganization efforts over the coming days.

- The HashFast Team

Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP serves as counsel to the Winklevoss Bitcoin Trust.

There is little precedent for the classification of bitcoins as a currency, commodity, commodity money or security. For ease of reference, however, this advisory uses the term “digital asset” to encompass Bitcoin and other digital assets (whether centralized or decentralized), known as “alt-coins.”

You were fucked when you ordered.

You were fucked when HashFast didn't deliver.

At least now you're getting the reach-around before getting fucked again.

Much appreciated but basically need to proceed as if it's a total loss at this point.  If I do end up getting something back, great, if not another lesson learned the hard way.

I was lucky to get into the community right as GOX was melting down. I got a free education in trust.
