The only way you'll get them removed is if you contact the people who left you them and state your case nicely why you think they should be removed.

Best thing is contact with both these persons and try to resolve the issues with them hope they will understand you and remove these negative trust rating

You need to PM them. Ask nicely and tell them why you feel they should consider removing them. Tell them you will always use escrow and edit your listings to reflect this. I'm sure they can keep an eye on you without the feedback, but it's ultimately their decision wether they remove it or not.

Staff won't remove trust ratings as that can result in quick abuse. You will have to ask them or you'll have to keep it.

Friend you are wasting here your time no Mod can remove these rating just contact which give you these and talk to them few days Back Ritz also have same problem and after talk other persons agree to remove you also can do this |

Problem started when you said you will not use Escrow, if you use escrow and build trust then may be who gave you negative trust will think again to remove your negative trust. Its simple now go back to Currency Exchange section and post you are ready to use escrow then hope they will clear your negative rating and you will able to work again here with neutral rating |

So you want people to send you their money first which you will invest for them? If so, that's why you've got the deserved feedback and it won't be removed, not that it maters since nobody is going to send a newb money first anyway. |
