I am from Canada and I'm looking at a few exchanges. This one caught my eye..

I signed up for an account there not too long ago.
I sent a small, non-dust, amount of BTC to try out funding my account.
I used the bitcoin address supplied when I choose the "Fund Account" option at the site.
The transaction was two days ago and has well over 300 confirmations now.
But still nothing yet is showing up in my balance at QuadrigaCX...

No reply?  Not here nor at their site...

Still nothing showing up in my account balance and haven't heard anything after sending a message, more than once, using their support system at their site...

Seems like an exchange to avoid.

No reply?  Not here nor at their site...
We do not provide support on this forum, and I did not notice this thread until just now. My apologies. This sounds like a minor technical glitch, and I apologize if your support messages were lost when this issue took place four months ago. We have since instituted a new support system and additional members to our support staff.

Same experience here, the rep I talked to said guarantee 48 hrs into your account for an EFT. I did a small one approximately $5000 CAD and it has been 12 days now and not a cent has shown up. I try and contact them and no one responds to me. Beginning to think my coins are lost forever.

Sad thing is they say they are the number 1 in Canada...if that's the case I would hate to see the last place company. Huh
We have received no support tickets from any clients with such a complaint, and I am aware of no missing EFT transfers. Please provide your customer ID number either here or via PM? I am sending you a PM with my direct e-mail as well. Your funds are not lost.

Update: There was no issue. Complaint has been rescinded by client.
