[LOL] 'Ballistic missile' floats into flooded Russian village

Only in Russia could a flood bring to your doorstep a huge intercontinental ballistic missile. Or at least that's what some Russian bloggers say, after a giant metal tube mysteriously appeared in an Altay village.

Here, a clear sign of Russian aggression: they flood an entire region in order to solve an ICBM logistics problem. Putin should be held responsible for this!

Yeah, I think if that were a real ICBM the military would have shut down the whole place and there would be a massive and paranoid response to it, the design of the metal certainly looks similar to a rocket, but it's obviously hollow and doesn't seem to contain anything dangerous lol.

A chemical plant in Biysk, the largest city in the area, used to fill them with rocket fuel and after the defense ministry cut its orders in the early 1990s, the plant had plenty of such tanks stored.

The tanks were probably stored on the ground and washed away by the flood

But this one was "stored " a bit differently 

“The Biysk plant uses such rockets, and when they are no longer needed sells them out,” Tatyana Zhdanova, whose family owns the tube, told the website. “Ours got away during the flood. Broke the fence and floated away along with the dogs, who were hiding inside.”

It says there clearly from where the tube is.

Ownership question is more interesting... Should this thing be confiscated or not? Formally it is the property of the state... However, it seems that state doesn't care about this tube.
