One of our key goals and something we've learned from previous bitcoin startups (and their faults) is to always maintain strong, open communication channels with the community. We know a lot of you are on this forum and in this space so we'd like to keep all of our problems here so that both fake (trolling, PR attacks) and real (maintenance, bugs, etc) can be transparent and documented. We still urge you to contact us directly at support@betmoose.com if you have urgent issues or would like to remain anonymous, but if you have general site support-related questions or accusations, please keep them in this thread.

This also means if you see people complaining about something somewhere else, they probably haven't even bothered to contact us if you do not see their reply in this thread.
