This is one of the first batch of 300 Avalons.  It made 3.5 bitcoins a day when I got it April 2013.  The people who got theirs on time were making 15 bitcoins a day.

It only makes 0.0035 bitcoins a day now.  1000 times less.  At the current difficulty of 11,756,551,917 it is profitable if your electricity cost less than $0.14 per kWattHour.
