when i try to get a deposit address i hit recharge and it comes up your request has put cash to pay,do not duplicate submission now how do i get the deposit address to deposit altcoins there please help me understand this thank you

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Contact the costomer service and ask for help.
Dont they have a English version? Btcltc is a small exchange,BTC38 and Bter are better choices.
