how will you protect yourself against fake hacks ?
is the idea if you have bitcoins in exchange X, and they get hacked you get insurance paid out ?

what are you backed by ? i.e... can you prove you have a large sum of bitcoins incase you need to payout.

or maybe I am not understanding this correctly.
